Zoya Fleck Effects is a spring 2012 collection that came out alongside Zoya's True Collection. The Fleck Effects are 3 flaky topcoats with holographic flakes and tinted jelly bases, and were provided to me for review from Zoya.
LtoR: Maisie, Chloe, Opal
This is Zoya Chloe on a nail wheel over white and black. She has a bright baby pink base with flakes that flash hot pink, orange, yellow, and bright green. The flakes are always more pronounced over darker colors, but over the white you can see proof of the tinted base.

Flakies have long been one of my favorite nail polish effects. Zoya's Fleck Effects are by far the cutest flakies I have ever seen. The bottle shape and base colors are adorable! Maisie and Opal are somewhat similar, but Maisie has more blue, and the bases are the biggest difference. They really show over lighter colors, and can change the hue of dark colors as well. How cute is this little trio!?!
It is very beautiful! Welcome to my blog. Nail art step by step. http:// nail-artbyanna.blogspot.com
