Christmas Toes with Ginny

I was about to go to work and was hit with the Christmas spirit.

Ginny (meet her here), the girl I've been working with for more than a year, loves it when I paint her toes, so I figured I'd whip out the China Glaze Party Hearty.

This is one coat. It has large red hex glitter, small green hex glitter, and tiny gold square/hex glitter.
As soon as I pulled out the bottle, she shot her foot out at me as if screaming YES PLEASE OMG DO MY TOES lol. It was too cute.

Don't they look lovely and festive?

I Had a Glass of Wine with Kennedy

Hehehe :D. Zoya Kennedy and I enjoyed the night quite a bit.
Zoya Kennedy is from the new Feel Collection. She is nude beige with dusty pink and lavender undertones. Sometimes she shows off the pink, sometimes the purple. She's a little more pale than I expected, but matches her color spoon perfectly (since I got that afterwards).

Perfect creamy two coater. If you notice any textural weirdness in my pics, it's because I put Seche Vite on too soon. I did one hand - other hand - back to first hand with SV. It wrinkled a bit and pulled away from the cuticles, so I tried to remedy it with another coat of Kennedy and a different topcoat to level it out. Totally not a Zoya issue.

Here is her darker side in a dim light. So nice!

Here is a comparison between Color Club Incognito and Zoya Kennedy. I noticed they were similar as I was rearranging my stash.

Kennedy is a bit pinkier and way thicker in a good way.

Zoya Feel Collection Comparisons

I didn't buy the whole Feel collection, but I did get these in one of their recent flash promotions on Facebook.

Cheryl, Kennedy, Carey

I got the Feel collection color plates as well. This is what they look like on my skin tone.

Ever wondered what these look like compared to some of the other Zoya Greys?
Does this help answer some comparison questions for you? Do you like this collection? Which ones did you get?

My first Lynderella!

Got in on a group order from Lynderella the other day.
Ignore that I forgot to put a second coat on my middle finger lol!!

Very Prety Vampire has a dark burgundy purple jelly base with small red, black, and fuchsia hex glitter; large red square and hex glitter; and small fuchsia square glitter. She is pretty dark, but the metallic glitter catches the light and makes it pretty much never look black. The formula was pretty great, just gotta be careful with glitter hanging off the tips of your nails. This is with one coat of SV, and that tamed the glitter just fine.

I'm really loving this polish! It's my first Lynderella and I super <3 them. I'd have more, but they're pretty darn expensive at $12 plus shipping. You can order them whenever she has her shop open (she'll post about it) on her blog. I think Llarowe.com will also be carrying them soon.

Since it was a group order, my friend Angela actually shipped them out to each girl. She included a sweet little "happy engagement" gift of pink holo earrings :D. They're made with Sally Hansen Ruby Diamond!

Street Magic and Denim Diva

Girly Bits Street Magic is a super cool multichrome topcoat that shifts between bright green, gold, bronze, and autumn orange.

Here are my nails before the topcoat. From top to bottom: Girly Bits Denim Diva, Catrice I Wear My Sunglasses at Night, Orly Pixy Stix, and China Glaze Jolly Holly.

Here is a closer look at Denim Diva. She's a royal blue shimmer/foil with a lot of depth.
Here they are after one coat of Street Magic. The multichrome is way more obvious in person. It's so rich and gorgeous!

Girly Bits Denim Diva with Street Magic

Jolly Holly and Pixy Stix with Street Magic. I wanted to see how it would look on a lighter color. It shows up more on a darker color, but it is still just gorgeous on a lighter color like Pixy Stix. You'd think it would be subtle, but it's really not! The gold and bright green show up a lot!

I Wear My Sunglasses at Night with Street Magic. The amber was SO hard to capture on camera, but constantly present. Just gorgeous.
Both Denim Diva and Street Magic are gorgeous. Formulas were great, packaging is super cute, the bottles are really cute being mini and with the little rhinestone (she sells full size too), and Street Magic is so versatile. You definitely don't have to put it over a dark color. It's really mesmerizing on all of them. You can order her polishes here.
